Daytime Server

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Server to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating welcoming guest experiences and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Schedule: This position is primarily for daytime shifts, approximately 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with availability needed Monday through Sunday. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages according to established service and presentation standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and assist guests with questions or recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Bus and reset tables as needed to maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.
• Accurately process guest checks and payments.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with opening, closing, and general side-work responsibilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining and service areas.
• Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous serving, guest service, or fine dining experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain organized and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and experience processing guest payments.
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work approximately 7:00 AM–3:00 PM shifts, including weekends and varying days throughout the week.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and use stairs multiple times throughout a shift.
