About the role

DBMS Technical Support Engineer providing enterprise-grade Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) support and administration for Tibero, an Oracle-compatible database platform adopted across finance, government, telecommunications, and manufacturing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Tibero DBMS support and administration
• Database deployment (Standalone / HA)
• Troubleshooting & issue resolution
• Backup & Recovery
• Database Migration
• SQL Tuning & Performance Optimization
• Customer support & maintenance
• Customer relationship management

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Database Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of DBMS-related experience
• Unix/Linux
• Database Administration
• Migration
• SQL Tuning
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
