DC - Admin Associate

• Responsible to maintain all fulfillment reports.
• Responsible to ensure the following: Timely and accurate reports and monitoring, create and maintain filing systems (soft copy and hard copy), file segregation (for saving and for shredding).
• Shares inventory status with replenishment team.
• Generates MMS item receipt and sales then share with Fulfillment supervisors.
• Summarize inbound shipment for local vendor delivery and Inbound department receiving performance.
• In-charge of preparing and sharing local vendor performance with Buying department and local vendors.
• In-charge of preparing and sharing local incoming notice with Inbound department.
• Tracks and updates truck and pallet rental.
• Facilitates preparation of meeting area and other related concern.

Job Qualification:

• Graduate of any college degree program
• Has at least two (2) years of experience in the same industry
• Proficient in MS Excel and MMS
• Above average verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and math skills
• Willing to work full onsite
