DC - Assistant Inbound Manager

• Assist in managing daily inbound operations to ensure the timely and accurate receipt of goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and operations personnel to ensure smooth inbound activities.
• Verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and completeness of documentation.
• Monitor receiving activities and maintain accurate receiving, inventory, and shipment records.
• Assist in managing product movement between receiving and storage areas.
• Monitor inbound performance and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and inventory control standards.
• Prepare and maintain inbound reports and related documentation.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by Management.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate with a bachelor's degree in any field.
• Preferably with 4 - 5 years' experience in the same industry.
• Willing to work onsite at Calamba City and full onsite
