DC - Assistant Inventory Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Ensures that Negative On-Hand reports are generated and reviewed on a daily basis.
• Monitors cycle count schedules and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Conducts audits of inbound and outbound inventory transactions.
• Performs regular audits of RTV (Return to Vendor) transactions.
• Audits and monitors petty cash in accordance with company policies.
• Monitors transfer transactions and OSD (Over, Short, Damage) reports.
• Ensures that all inventory adjustments are properly processed and completed daily.
• Conducts BINTAG audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned work area.
• Ensures supplies are maintained at minimum levels while maximizing efficient usage.
• Ensures all store-use items and leftover items are properly recorded and accounted for.
• Performs other duties and tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• At least 4 - 5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or retail logistics
• Prior experience in a supervisory role is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock audits, and reconciliation processes
• Experience with inventory systems, ERP, or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Familiarity with cycle counting, RTV, OSD, and inventory adjustments
• Ability to analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory records
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or warehouse environment and full onsite
