Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide high-quality home health care and assisted living support. In this role, you will assist patients with personal care, support senior residents, and ensure their safety and comfort. The position involves working in both home health settings and assisted living facilities, including floor care responsibilities. Candidates should be committed to maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering respectful, person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health care assistance, including personal care support such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Support senior residents with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Assist patients with transfer methods using appropriate techniques to ensure safety during movement.
• Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary to respond to emergencies effectively.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in accordance with privacy regulations.
• Deliver specialized dementia care tailored to individual needs to promote safety and engagement.
• Assist in floor care duties within assisted living facilities to ensure a clean, safe environment for residents.

Skills

• Proven experience in home health care assistance or senior care preferred.
• Ability to perform patient transfers safely using proper techniques.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is required or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Strong communication skills and compassionate attitude toward patients of all ages.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards.
• Flexibility to work in various settings, including assisted living facilities and private homes.
• Basic understanding of dementia care practices is advantageous.
