This is a bigger-picture distribution leadership role for someone who can develop people, improve processes, and turn operational challenges into measurable results.

We’re looking for a DC Operations Manager who can lead through change, build stronger teams, and continuously find smarter ways to run a high-volume operation.

Your Operation to Improve

📈 Identify bottlenecks, trends & opportunities to improve performance

👥 Develop frontline leaders and strengthen associate engagement

⚙️ Improve workflows, labor utilization & operational efficiency

📦 Use WMS data and performance metrics to guide decisions

🚀 Lead new processes, systems & operational initiatives from rollout through results

🤝 Partner across departments to keep priorities and execution aligned
