About the Role:

Must Have:

• Physical data-centre operations at co-location facilities, including round-the-clock hands-and-feet support
• Server hardware: Cisco UCS (UCSC-C240-M5L/SX, UCSC-C480-M5), HPE ProLiant (DL380 Gen10, DL560 Gen10, Apollo 4200), Dell R740/R740XD, Huawei; rack/stack, cable management, hardware diagnostics
• Storage hardware: HPE 3Par, Primera, Storeonce, P9500, XP24k; Hitachi G600/G1000/AMS2500; PureStorage FA-m20r2; Dell EMC Powermax/Data Domain; drive replacement, controller swap
• SAN fabric: Brocade FC switches, HPE FC switches; cable replacement, port management, fabric health checks
• Backup media and tape library: Oracle Tape Library SL8500 — tape loading, slot management, drive cleaning
• DC operations: power (PDU, UPS), cooling (CRAC/CRAH), access management, DCIM tooling, incident escalation

Good to Have:

• Cisco UCS Manager / Cisco IMC for server profile and firmware management
• HPE OneView for server profile templates and SPP firmware updates
• Familiarity with Veeam Backup repository management and Veritas NetBackup media server operations
• Experience working in Tier III/IV co-location facilities with strict change control
• Basic network troubleshooting for Cisco and HPE switches supporting data-centre connectivity

Responsibilities:

• Provide 24×7 hands-and-feet physical support across Indonesia
• Execute hardware break-fix activities: server, storage, and SAN component replacements (Cisco UCS, HPE, Dell, Huawei, Hitachi, PureStorage, Brocade) under direction of L2/L3 engineers
• Perform rack and stack activities for new hardware deployments; manage cable labelling, patching, and documentation
• Operate Oracle Tape Library SL8500: tape cartridge management, slot assignments, drive cleaning, vendor escort
• Execute DC change tasks (PDU power checks, KVM console access, out-of-band management via iLO/iDRAC/CIMC) and document in Symphony Summit ITSM
• Support regular DC audits: asset verification, DCIM updates, power/cooling
