DCC

• Manage and maintain controlled documents, including SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, Manuals and Quality Records.
• Ensure proper document issuance, revision, distribution, retrieval and archival.
• Maintain the Document Master List and ensure all documents are updated according to the latest revision.
• Control obsolete documents and ensure they are properly removed from use.
• Coordinate document changes and revisions with relevant departments.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring required documentation is properly maintained and available.
• Ensure document control activities comply with company QMS and applicable ISO requirements.
• Perform other documentation and QMS-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Experience in Document Control, QA/QMS documentation or Quality-related roles is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in medical device / manufacturing industry are highly encouraged to apply.
• Familiar with ISO 13485 / ISO 9001 and document control procedures will be an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and strong documentation/organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
