Job Summary

Binge Consulting is looking for a passionate and skilled DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie) to join a reputed hospitality team in Lower Parel. The ideal candidate should have good culinary knowledge, a passion for food, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare and cook food according to the restaurant’s standards and recipes.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Ensure proper mise en place before service.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Monitor food stock and inform seniors about shortages or wastage.
• Follow proper storage and handling procedures for ingredients.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment and workstations are clean and properly maintained.
• Follow company policies and food safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, or QSRs are encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Culinary/hotel management qualification will be an added advantage.
