DCIM Supervisor

The DCIM Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing the DCIM team in managing documentation and inventory control activities. The role ensures accurate inventory recording, reconciliation, and reporting, while maintaining compliance with established processes and providing timely support to operational and billing requirements. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, attention to detail, and organizational skills to ensure efficient inventory and documentation management.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four years bachelor’s/college degree
• At least three (3) years of experience in Inventory and Documentation Management, particularly in warehousing, logistics, or 3PL operations.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, ERP/WMS systems; experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
