DCM Syndicate[Analyst - Associate]

Responsibilities

1. Support live bond deals: real-time order book tracking, investor order validation and daily book updates;

2. Monitor primary & secondary credit market, prepare comparable bond analysis and market snapshots;

3. Draft, format and version-control syndicate documents, term sheets and post-deal materials;

4. Maintain deal trackers, new issue calendar and transaction archives;

5. Assist pitch preparation for DCM origination team;

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the department;

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related quantitative fields;

2. 2 years or above capital markets / fixed income experience;

3. Basic understanding of bond primary issuance, yield curve and credit spread concepts;

4. Strong Excel & PowerPoint; Bloomberg/Refinitiv knowledge preferred;

5. Fluent English and Mandarin, good attention to detail, able to multi-task under tight deadlines.
