DCW Nights and Weekends

ALL Love Home (ASPGM LLC) is seeking a dependable, compassionate Direct Care Worker (DCW) to provide support to adults with behavioral health needs, intellectual disabilities, and daily living challenges in a licensed Adult Foster Care environment.

This position is part-time, nights and weekends, and perfect for individuals who want consistent work, meaningful responsibilities, and a long-term role supporting residents in a safe, structured home setting.

We are looking for staff who are patient, reliable, consistent, and committed to professionalism. Nights and weekends are required shifts for this role, including holiday rotations.

? Key Responsibilities

Provide supervision and support during evening, night, and weekend hours

Implement Individual Plans of Service (IPOS) and resident goals

Assist with hygiene, meals, dressing, mobility, and personal care

Provide emotional support, redirection, and behavioral guidance

De-escalate conflict or crisis situations using trained techniques

Monitor resident safety, well-being, and changes in behavior

Administer medication (after completing required training)

Complete accurate documentation (shift notes, incident reports, logs)

Maintain cleanliness, household tasks, laundry, and meal preparation

Assist with outings, appointments, and safe community integration as needed

Use required software such as Google Drive, Monday.com, Cares/ECP, and Paychex for scheduling and documentation

Uphold confidentiality, resident rights, and professional boundaries
