DDI/QIP Engineer

Join our Network Infrastructure Team and help us modernize enterprise DDI services supporting a global environment.

As a DDI/QIP Engineer, you will be responsible for operating, optimizing and transforming enterprise DNS, DHCP and IPAM services. You will play a key role in DDI migration and modernization initiatives, ensuring the reliability and scalability of critical network services.

Yourresponsibilitieswill****include

• Administer and support enterprise DNS, DHCP and IPAM services using CygnaLabs QIP.
• Manage DNS zones and DNS records (A, AAAA, CNAME, PTR, MX, TXT, SRV).
• Configure and maintain DHCP scopes, reservations, exclusions, options and lease management.
• Manage IPv4/IPv6 address space, subnet allocation and IP address lifecycle activities.
• Support QIP Run-IP and CAM (CygnaLabs Address Manager) environments.
• Participate in DDI migration projects, including Run-IP to CAM transitions.
• Perform data migration, validation, reconciliation and cleansing activities.
• Troubleshoot complex DDI issues using tools such as dig, nslookup, Wireshark and tcpdump.
• Support DNS/DHCP high availability, DNS delegation, forwarding and DHCP relay configurations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network and automation teams on transformation initiatives.
• Act as an L3 engineering expert and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.

*Must-HaveQualifications*

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise DNS, DHCP and IPAM environments.
• Strong production experience with CygnaLabs QIP administration and troubleshooting.
• Proven expertise in DNS, DHCP and IP address management.
• Experience with QIP Run-IP and CAM platforms.
• Experience delivering DDI migration and modernization projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of enterprise networking concepts including LAN, WAN, VLANs, VRFs and routing.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Professional English language skills.

Preferred****Skills

• Experience with Python, PowerShell, Ansible or Terraform.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and DDI automation.
• Experience integrating DDI platforms with ServiceNow or CMDB solutions.
• Exposure to large-scale infrastructure transformation programs.
