DDM, Process Analyst RGM Commercial Applications

Thai Union Group PCL Position: Process Analyst - RGM [Commercial Applications Team] Level: Deputy Department Manager

Work location: Bangkok, SM Tower Building

This role supports the Product Owner – RGM within Commercial Applications. It is a strong entry point for people who want to grow into data, analytics, or digital product roles, while working on real commercial tools used by senior decisionmakers.

You will work at the intersection of Commercial, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Digital. You will help shape how advanced forecasting and scenario-planning tools are designed, supported, and used in practice, starting with our branded ambient seafood portfolio and scaling to co-manufacturing pet food and frozen seafood.

You will not analyze the business or make commercial decisions. Commercial and RGM teams remain the power users. Your role is to understand how they work, help translate that into digital solutions, and make sure the tools run smoothly day to day.

What You Will Be Responsible For Understanding How RGM Really Works

• Learn how commercial and RGM teams build forecasts, set prices, plan promotions, and manage mix and trade terms
• Capture how users interact with RGM tools, from inputs and assumptions to scenarios and decisions
• Help translate real-world commercial processes into clear, structured digital processes

Supporting Advanced Forecasting & Scenario Models

• Support senior colleagues working with:
• Volume and revenue forecasting logic
• Price, promotion, and mix elasticities and drivers
• Scenario planning and what-if simulations (e.g. price changes, promo plans, cost pass-through)
• Help turn business questions into clear modelling and data inputs
• Support testing and validation by checking whether outputs make sense from a commercial perspective

Product Operations & First-Line Support

• Help keep RGM digital tools running smoothly after go-live
• Act as a first point of contact for users with questions or issues
• Log, track, and follow up on incidents, and escalate when needed
• Build hands-on experience in how digital products operate in real business environments

Learning, Collaboration & Growth

• Work closely with commercial teams, RGM managers, product managers, and digital teams
• Help maintain simple user guides, FAQs, and in-tool guidance
• Help digital products evolve based on user feedback
• Build a strong understanding of how business, data, and technology connect

What You Bring (Must Have)

• A Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong interest in data, analytics, pricing, or digital tools
• Structured thinking and curiosity about how things work
• Confidence asking questions and working with different stakeholders
• Professional working level of English

Nice to Have

• Exposure to data or analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar)
• Interest in RGM, pricing, promotions, or FMCG/CPG commercial processes
• Experience from internships, projects, or university coursework
• Curiosity about how digital products are built and supported
