Use magnetic materials to design AI inductors. Submit design proposal to customer and prepare technical datasheets and customers’ samples and support customer’s technical request.该职位负责调研适用于 AI 电感（一体成型电感、TLVR 电感、共烧电感等）的金属合金粉末材料，并与供应商合作开发新型材料AI电感（一体成型电感、TLVR 电感、共烧电感等）所用金属合金粉末材料的调研并与供应商协作研发新材料，并基于磁性材料开展 AI 电感产品设计。向客户提供设计方案，并准备技术规格书及客户样品，为客户提供技术支持。🚀 Your Impact in This Role1.Research and develop metal alloy powder materials used in AI inductors (molded inductors, TLVR inductors, co-fired inductors) and collaborate with suppliers to develop new materials. 调研适用于 AI 电感（一体成型电感、TLVR 电感、共烧电感）的金属合金粉末材料，并与 供应商合作开发新型材料。2.Perform design calculations to develop bead inductors/ TLVR, coupled inductors and molded inductors based on design inputs from customers and support technical datasheets. 根据客户的设计要求设计芯片电感，TLVR，耦合电感，一体成型电感，并提供技术规格书。3.Selections/developments of materials.相关材料的选取和开发。4.Write specifications of design, process and testing for mass production.制作用于量产的设计，工艺及测试规格书。5.Provide technical support and sample building to customers.给客户提供技术及样品支持。6.Other duties as required. 其它要求的职责。🎯 What Were Looking For✅ Must-Have Qualifications:1.Bachelor or Master of Science in a relevant of electronics, Electronic Engineering. 电子或电子技术相关专业的本科或硕士毕业2. 5+ years’ metal alloy powder materials development experience. 5 年及以上金属合金粉末材料开发相关工作经验。 3+ years’ design experience in relevant inductors (Buck inductor, TLVR inductor, coupled inductor, molded inductor or Co-fire inductor). 3年以上电感 (buck 电感，TLVR电感，耦合电感或铜铁共烧电感) 设计经验。3. Skilled computer literacy including office, CAD etc. 熟练使用办公软件包括office, CAD等. Have skilled of solidworks and Maxwell simulation is perfered. 会用solidworks画图和Maxwell仿真软件更佳.4. Good at oral and written English 良好的英文口语及书写能力.🌟 Nice-to-Have Advantages:1.Strong foundation in electromagnetic theory, and core material properties (ferrite, powder core, amorphous, etc). 扎实的电磁理论，熟悉磁芯材料特性（金属磁粉芯、铁氧体、非晶合金等）2.Familiarity with inductor/transformer design principles including winding techniques, core loss analysis, thermal management, and efficiency improvement.精通电感、变压器设计原理，掌握绕制工艺、磁芯损耗分析、热设计及效率优化相关技术。3.Proficiency in simulation tools (ANSYS Maxwell, Solidworks).
