POSITION TITLE: Customer Service Associate

WORK SETUP: Return to Office

OVERALL PURPOSE:
Process billing requests, upgrades, account information inquiry, basic troubleshooting, and other pertinent account-specific tasks for customers through inbound calls.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process billing request
• Facilitate upgrades.
• Provide solutions to account information inquiry.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting.
• Process other pertinent account-specific tasks
• Provide excellent customer experience.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Standard Voice Profile
• At least 6 months of relevant experience
