This person will report to Insights & Intelligence Project Lead. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and implement advanced analytics solutions using statistical modeling, machine learning, and BI tools to support business performance, generate actionable insights, and drive operational efficiency

Use data-driven techniques to generate business insights, analyze process performance, and drive business value

Account Management and coordination with client and internal teams to understand business needs, help design the solution and manage its implementation

Conduct demos of key analytics offerings for clients and internal teams

Train and mentor junior members of the team OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Mid Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3 SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate from at least a 4-year course related to Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or Information Systems

At least 8 years of Analytics experience

Strong understanding of F&A or Contact Center processes is preferred

Knowledge of Python is preferred

Intermediate+ level in data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Strong client management and project management skills
