ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Procurement Practice Associate Manager WORK SETUP: Return to Office OVERALL PURPOSE: Overall Purpose: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented sourcing professional to lead sourcing projects of increasing complexity within the Source-to-Contract (S2C) lifecycle. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop category strategies, roadmaps, and pipelines by leveraging market intelligence, supplier research, and financial/commercial analyses to align with client business goals.

Lead sourcing initiatives across the S2C lifecycle, including supplier outreach, RFx events, negotiations, and contract execution.

Perform financial and commercial analyses of supplier proposals and contracts to inform negotiation strategies and optimize client outcomes.

Champion AI and digital enablement, embedding enterprise-approved tools into sourcing workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and stakeholder outcomes.

Develop market intelligence and thought leadership content to enable knowledge sharing, position procurement as a trusted advisor, and support external visibility with clients.

Deliver client-facing business development support, including contract assessments, due diligence, and development of business cases and case studies.

Mentor and coach teams, building capability in sourcing execution, stakeholder engagement, AI literacy, procurement best practices, and Sourcing expertise.

Foster high-trust relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers, adapting to global cultures and organizational structures.

Drive continuous improvement and transformational change in procurement delivery models, sourcing practices, and supplier ecosystems.

Willingness to travel up to 50% to multiple customer locations. OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Project Rest Day: Rotation Project/Team Location: Cebu, Cyberzone Building, Tower 1 SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 5 years in Contracts/Contracting experience (Procurement, Category Management or Global Sourcing are preferred only)
