Dead Inventory Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION: Dead Inventory & Slow-Moving Inventory Executive (FMEG & Consumer Durables)

Industry Preference:

Fast Moving Electrical Goods (FMEG) and Consumer Durable companies such as Havells, GM Modular, Goldmedal, Fybros, Polycab, RR Kabel, Finolex, Anchor Panasonic, Crompton, Bajaj Electricals, Orient Electric, V-Guard, Legrand, Schneider Electric and similar organizations.

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

Responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reducing dead, slow-moving, excess and obsolete inventory while improving inventory turnover and warehouse utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor inventory ageing and dead stock

Prepare weekly and monthly ageing reports

Conduct FSN and ABC analysis

Coordinate stock liquidation and transfer plans

Maintain inventory accuracy in SAP S/4HANA

Identify root causes of non-moving inventory

Drive inventory reduction initiatives

Support audits and reconciliation

Generate MIS and KPI reports for management

KPIs:

Reduction in dead inventory value

Reduction in slow-moving inventory percentage

Improved inventory turnover

Accurate stock ageing reports

Inventory record accuracy above target
