Deal Desk Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will support the structure and pricing of complex enterprise SaaS transactions, helping ensure deals are commercially sound and aligned with internal policies. You will review quotes, contracts, discounts, and payment terms while partnering closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders. The position plays an important role in improving deal quality, supporting win rates, and maintaining accurate commercial data in the company’s systems.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Support the structuring and pricing of complex SaaS deals
• Review quotes, contracts, discounts, and payment terms
• Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines and internal policies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve deal-related issues
• Provide commercial guidance to improve sales win rates
• Maintain deal data accuracy in Salesforce and relevant systems
• Track deal performance and identify process improvement opportunities

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Pricing, or financial analysis
• Experience with complex enterprise B2B SaaS transactions
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative approach with the ability to advise and influence stakeholders
