Dealing Trainee

What you'll be doing

• Providing securities quotations and executing orders under clients' instructions
• Confirming trade details with sales, operations, customers and counterparties
• Assisting in account-opening procedures
• Answering clients' inquiries and providing quality services and supports
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies
• Facilitating other administrative support for the Department

What we're looking for

• High diploma or above in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 1-year relevant experience in the financial services industry is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Knowledge of investment products, including bullion & foreign exchange trading. Passing in HKSI licensing examination papers 1,7,8 &9 is an advantage
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin an advantage
• Willing to work in shift and Hong Kong public holiday
