• Develop and implement academic programs, policies, and procedures for CSE department.
• Oversee curriculum development, assessment methods, and evaluation techniques.
• Foster a culture of excellence in teaching, research, and community engagement within the department.
• Manage faculty recruitment, supervision, and professional development to ensure high-quality instruction.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote interdisciplinary initiatives and institutional growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-20 years of experience in education administration or related field (CSE background preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Effective communication skills with interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with stakeholders.
