We are seeking a Debt Capital Markets Associate:

Job description

• Qualified solicitor with a strong credentials and a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in debt capital markets transactions. Proven track record in drafting and reviewing offering circulars and transaction documentation, conducting due diligence and assisting with bond listings, signing and closing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, underwriters, trustees and other transaction parties. Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality work product with meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
• Native or fluent proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential.
