What they need
Debt Collection Agent
Location: Nasr City, Cairo
Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM–12:30 AM CLT
Salary: 22,000 EGP Gross + 2,500 EGP Transportation Allowance
Net Salary: 19,000 EGP
Commission: Target-based
Responsibilities
Contact customers regarding overdue accounts
Negotiate payment plans and repayment arrangements
Handle objections and customer concerns
Follow up on outstanding balances
Meet monthly collection targets and KPIs Qualifications
1+ year experience in Debt Collection, Telesales, Call Center, or Customer Service
Strong English communication and negotiation skills
Good objection-handling and follow-up skills
Target-driven and comfortable with KPIs
CRM/call-center experience is a plus Benefits
Paid annual leave and US holidays

Target-based commission/bonus
Pay: E£22,500.00 per month
