WE ARE HIRING – DEBT COLLECTION TEAM LEADER

CSM is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Debt Collection Team Leader to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in debt collection.
• Proven ability to manage, supervise, and motivate a team of debt collectors.
• Arabic, Hindi and English-speaking candidates – any nationality is welcome.
• Must have prior UAE experience working in a debt collection agency handling banking portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and data management.
• Ability to prepare collection reports, analyze performance, manage data, and monitor team productivity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to achieve collection targets and ensure timely reporting.
