Debtlite Solutions is expanding its dynamic sales operations in Claremont. We are seeking ambitious, target-driven individuals to join our performance team as Lead Generators.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and initiate contact with potential clients seeking debt relief solutions.
• Client Engagement: Pre-qualify prospective clients, gather accurate personal and financial details, and hand off qualified leads to senior debt consultants.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Data Management: Ensure precise data entry and system logging while strictly adhering to internal compliance standards.
• Professional Standards: Maintain strict compliance and professionalism in all client interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Drive & Motivation: Goal-oriented mindset with a strong passion for sales and uncapped earning potential.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional official South African languages are a strong advantage).
• Work Ethic: Strong time management, punctuality, and the ability to work under pressure in a competitive sales environment.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems (advantageous).
• Regulatory Compliance: Ability to learn and adhere to National Credit Act (NCA) guidelines and internal debt review processes.

Compensation & Incentive Structure

• Guaranteed Basic Salary: R3,500.00 per month
• Attendance Bonus: R500.00 per month
• Commission Structure: Uncapped performance incentives
• Probationary Period: Successful candidates will complete an intensive 1-week training and evaluation period prior to permanent placement.
