Debt Solutions Representative

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing financial wellness team and help consumers explore solutions for managing debt and improving their financial position.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping individuals take practical steps toward stronger financial health.

What You'll Do

• Speak with individuals interested in improving their financial situation
• Help identify financial concerns and goals
• Educate prospective clients about available debt solutions and consolidation resources
• Connect qualified individuals with appropriate service providers
• Schedule and conduct follow-up conversations
• Develop relationships through referrals, networking, and community outreach
• Participate in ongoing financial-services and business-development training

Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Compensation

This is an independent contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation. Earnings may include commissions and/or referral compensation for eligible completed services.
