QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering
• Above 2-3 years of experience in the electronics industry and 3 years in Failure/Debug analysis
• Good experience in Failure analysis/ debug of the PCBA
• Strong knowledge in Electronics circuit.
• Good for communication in English, basic computer knowledge/program
• Strong design knowledge in electronics, hardware, Instrument and also software would be benefit
• Good for debug electronics product and use laboratory test equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, power analyzer, power source, etc)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Take ownership, hands-on failure analysis on a variety of electronic components, printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA), and systems, often involving multiple failure modes.
• Drive continuous improvement in FA processes and methodologies, including developing new analytical techniques, automating existing processes, and providing “Design for Test” and “Design for Reliability” to manufacturing teams.
• Ensure thorough documentation of all analysis results, maintain the integrity of failure data, and use statistical tools (e.g., DOE, CPK, Gage R&R, SPC) to analyze failure trends and quantify risk.
