Friday Lunches

2nd Shift Deburr Technician Position

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Operate Deburring machines and or Vibe Bowl machines
Operate Deburring machines in order to process a quality part per company SOP as a standard
Operator will need to Deburr Steel, Stainless and Aluminum parts including some exotic materials per company SOP as a standard
Proper Deburring/finishing of parts by either hand or Deburring machine per company SOP as a standard
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must work with other departments to ensure proper scheduling/planning of execution for post process operations
Maintain and complete preventative maintenance tasks in order to keep machines running correctly and efficiently
Keep inventory of particular sanding blocks and other items these machines use as consumables
Manage/monitor scheduled machine down times per PM's or other maintenance concerns
Willingness to work in other departments when workload/scheduling needs cannot be achieved
Work individually or with a team to ensure deadlines are met

Hours: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
