Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Deburr Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for removing sharp edges, burrs, and excess material from machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Your expertise will help maintain the highest levels of precision and safety in our production processes, supporting our mission to deliver top-tier aerospace components.

Duties

• Use hand tools, grinders, and polishing equipment to carefully remove burrs from machined parts
• Inspect finished parts using precision measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensional accuracy
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to identify critical features requiring deburring
• Operate industrial equipment safely in accordance with safety standards and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure proper handling of materials and tooling
• Collaborate with machine operators and quality control personnel to address any issues related to part finish or dimensions
• Document work performed accurately in production logs and reports

Requirements

• Proven experience in manufacturing or machining environments, preferably within aerospace or similar industries
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and technical drawings
• Familiarity with CNC machining processes, CAM programming, and shop math principles
• Ability to operate hand tools, grinders, polishing machines, and other deburring equipment safely and effectively
• Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of industrial equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
• Certification or experience with Fanuc controls, CNC programming, or CNC lathe/milling machines is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail for precise dimensional measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
• Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace
• Ability to interpret manufacturing documents accurately and follow standard operating procedures

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
