What You'll Do

• Deburr, polish, and finish precision aerospace components to meet customer and engineering specifications.
• Use hand tools, rotary tools, and other finishing equipment to achieve high-quality results.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Work with a variety of metals and alloys while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to keep production running smoothly and meet quality expectations.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in aerospace or precision machining.
• Previous deburring or metal finishing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, steady hand skills, and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexibility to work 2nd shift and overtime as needed.
