Deburr Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Deburrer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for removing burrs and sharp edges from metal parts and components, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency with various tools, and the ability to read blueprints. The Deburrer will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our products while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from metal parts using hand tools and machinery.
• Operate equipment such as Deburr Tumblers, Wash parts by hand, and clean out Tumblers. Materials will be segergated into spefic Deburr tumblers
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure parts meet specifications and tolerances.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand part requirements and specifications.
• Utilize measuring tools such as calipers to verify dimensions of finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance product quality.
• Assist in the setup of parts to Deburr for each machine station

Requirements

• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of logic controllers and their applications in manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
