Deburring Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Deburring Specialist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for refining and finishing machined parts to meet precise specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. Your expertise in mechanical tools, measurement instruments, and machining techniques will be vital to our success.

1st shift: 7:00am-3:30pm

Duties

• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from machined components using hand tools and mechanical equipment
• Inspect finished parts with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy and adherence to blueprints
• Interpret technical drawings, manufacturing specifications, and production documents to perform accurate deburring tasks
• Operate various manufacturing machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, press brake machines, and CNC machining centers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards in production environments
• Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks and materials handling processes

Requirements

• Skilled in the use of hand tools and material finishing tasks.
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures.

Pay: $18.00 - $18.01 per hour
