Decision Analyst

Function: Data Analytics, Decision Science & Business Strategy Role Overview We are looking for an experienced analytics professional to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets, develop robust quantitative models, and deliver actionable recommendations to support strategic business decisions. The role involves working with multiple internal and external data sources, conducting scenario analysis, monitoring model performance, and implementing data quality and governance controls.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, influence business decisions, manage complex analytical assignments, and contribute to operational effectiveness, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insights: Identify, extract, and analyze relevant data from multiple internal and external sources to generate meaningful business insights.
• Quantitative Modelling: Develop, implement, and validate quantitative models to support decision-making across various business functions.
• Sensitivity Analysis & Scenario Planning: Conduct sensitivity analysis, forecasting, and scenario modelling to evaluate potential business outcomes and support strategic planning.
• Model Performance & Validation: Monitor existing models, assess their effectiveness, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Data Quality & Governance: Establish and implement data quality checks, validation procedures, and control mechanisms to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Business Decision Support: Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders and business leaders.
