Decision Analytics Consultant - Data Management & Reporting

What You’ll Do:

• Lead data management, reporting, and analytics engagements that help clients make informed business decisions.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to understand business priorities, structure complex problems, and define scalable solutions.
• Oversee projects from strategy and solution design through implementation, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Translate analytical findings and data-driven insights into clear recommendations and executive-level communications.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery and ongoing management of global reporting solutions, ensuring alignment of KPIs, metrics, business definitions, data mappings, and front-end reporting outputs across markets
• Lead and develop cross-functional project teams while fostering collaboration across business, analytics, and technology stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen data capabilities, data qualities, improve reporting processes, and enhance the value delivered to clients with the usage of right tools and latest technologies (including AI)
• Establish governance for data quality, issue management, change requests, pre-UAT and UAT, ensuring that risks and dependencies are identified early and resolved in collaboration with business and IT teams.
• Contribute to the evolution of the enterprise data platform, global reporting strategy, data knowledge graphs, next-generation reporting capabilities, and analytics and other use cases.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5-8 years of experience in analytics and strategic consulting within US/Ex-US healthcare, Data Management, syndicate datasets etc.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and MS Excel, along with experience using visualization and data-processing platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, Alteryx, or Python.
• Strong storyboarding skills for unstructured problems and data.
• Strong client-first orientation, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
• Strong expertise in US / Ex-US healthcare commercial datasets such as sales, claims, etc.
• Skilled in data analytics and statistical modeling, simplifying complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, driving innovative solutions.
• Proven communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
• Demonstrated leadership in team and project management, overseeing successful project execution.
• Extensive knowledge of the U.S./ Ex-US healthcare ecosystem, industry trends, and pharmaceutical data sources, including sales, patient claims, and formulary data.
