The Vinyl Outlet is growing fast, and we’re looking for skilled, hard-working individuals to join our team as Deck Installers and a Deck Installation Foreman. We build high-quality composite decks that transform backyards — and we need a solid crew to make it happen.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install composite decks with precision and pride
• Work alongside team members to complete projects efficiently and correctly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Use tools, measure accurately, and bring plans to life
• Communicate with clients professionally on-site

For Our Foreman Role:

• Build decks from the ground up — framing, decking, railings, and stairs
• Lead and manage a crew on-site, keeping projects moving without cutting corners
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
• Read and follow plans accurately
• Troubleshoot and fix issues before they become problems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Train and support team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Deck installation or carpentry experience preferred (5+ years for Foreman)
• Leadership experience for Foreman candidates
• Comfortable using tools, reading plans, and working with measurements/angles
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs
• Enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather
• Valid driver’s license
