Job Title: Deck Maintenance Field Technician

Location: Greater Perth Region (On-site)

Hourly Rate: $32-35/hr + Pay for Performance Bonus* + Superannuation

*Employee average wage with Pay for Performance bonus is ~$45/hr

Roster: Casual ( Typically 35 to 40 hrs available per week)

Role’s responsibilities:

Perth Deck Maintenance is a construction and service business offering decking repairs, deck sanding, and timber deck re-coating services to the Greater Perth region. No experience in deck maintenance is required however experience in carpentry, painting or handyman experience would be well received.

Everyday responsibilities might include:

• Timber preparation (sinking screws, sanding, washing)
• Decking oil application on varying timber structures
• Repairing timber boards
• Communicating with clients
• Traveling between jobs (ute/van preferred)
• Workplace safety awareness

Role requirements:

• Current and valid manual drivers’ license with own transport
• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
• Good communication skills (able to satisfy client questions on site)
• Passion for providing high-level customer service & attention to detail
• Able to work autonomously
• Strong commitment to safe work practices
• Eligible to work in Australia
