Deckhand 水手

Responsibilities:

• Perform yacht cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep.

• Conduct pre-departure inspections and safety checks.

• Assist with yacht arrivals, inspections, and handovers.

• Support berthing, anchoring, and deck operations.

• Maintain cleanliness of guest and common areas.

• Provide onboard support and customer service to clients.

• Report maintenance issues and maintain operational records.

Requirements:

• Valid Grade 2 Pleasure Vessel Operator Certificate.
• Grade 1 Certificate is an advantage.
• Experience in yacht handling or marine operations preferred.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong waters and maritime safety practices.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in spoken English.
• Responsible, proactive, and safety-conscious.

• 負責遊艇清潔、保養及日常維護工作。

• 執行出航前檢查及安全檢查。

• 協助新船到港檢查及交船工作。

• 協助靠泊、錨泊及甲板作業。

• 保持船上客區及公共區域整潔。

• 為客戶提供船上支援及優質服務。

• 匯報維修問題及保存相關記錄。

要求:

• 持有效二級遊樂船隻操作人證書。
• 持一級遊樂船隻操作人證書者優先考慮。
• 具遊艇操作或海事工作經驗者優先。
• 熟悉香港水域及海上安全守則。
• 能獨立工作及具團隊合作精神。
• 具良好溝通及客戶服務技巧。
• 具良好英語會話能力。
• 工作積極、有責任感及重視安全
