Deckhand/Mate

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the rigging and maintenance of the vessel
• Perform deck duties such as cleaning, set up and break down
• Assist with docking and undocking procedures
• Handle lines and assist with mooring operations
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong customer service skills, be friendly and outgoing
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays and evenings

-MUST LIVE IN NAPLES

Please note that this is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions. MUST be able to raise and lower a sail. Engage with customers. DRUG FREE vessel. Subject to random drug tests. Must speak English. Please note this involves long hours of standing in the sun.

The days/schedule is for SATURDAY-MONDAY

Prior boat experience and/or knowledge required

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
