About the role

This is an entry-level role in which you will undergo comprehensive training to manage customs documentation, tariff classification, and duty calculation, while developing the skills to serve as a reliable liaison between our organization, clients, and customs authorities.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong academic foundation in customs or trade regulations
• Sharp attention to detail
• Proactive attitude toward mastering port operations
• Basic familiarity with standard office applications, especially MS Excel
• Aptitude for learning electronic data interchange (EDI) software or port lodging systems
• Sound foundational understanding of local tariff acts, customs modernization laws, and basic international shipping terms (Incoterms)
• Prior internship experience within a brokerage house, freight forwarder, or logistics firm is a distinct advantage
