About the role

Handles entry processing of shipment and communicates with assigned clients on shipment delivery matters.

Key responsibilities

• Verifies arrival of cargo from shipping line
• Prepares Entry processing on EDI for assigned clients
• Submits all required shipping documentation to Accounting for computation of receivables and payables
• Coordinates with Customs Representatives on the submission of documents and payment to be made at the Bureau of Customs and shipping lines
• Communicates with clients on shipment delivery matters
• Advises Operations / Drivers regarding delivery of shipment
• Responsible for the endorsement / releasing of Delivery Order and Release Order to consignee / broker after payment of service charges to CLI Cashier

About you

• Graduate of BS Customs Administration and/or BSBA Major in Logistics and Supply Chain Management course
• Related work experience is an advantage
• Good communication skills; Team player
• Can work in minimal supervision and under pressure
• Must be computer literate
• Keen to details; Trustworthy
