• Ensure the completeness and proper review of shipment documentation & declaration
• Customs Processing & Clearance
• Valuation, classification & Tariff Application
• Communication & Coordination with Customs Brokers, Officers, Operations, Finance, Sales teams, and Clients and Principals
• Record keeping & Audit Support
• Risk management & Issue resolution
• Process improvement & reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Licensed Customs Broker (LCB): Preferred or required by many brokerage firms, though some companies accept graduates without a license if they have strong operational experience.
• Atleast One year experience in customs documentation, import/export declaration, freight forwarding, or port operations
• Hands-on experience with import/export shipment data entry and pre-lodgement procedures
• Compliance & Classification: Strong knowledge of tariff classification (HS Codes), customs valuation, duties and taxes computation, and trade regulations.
• Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel (data handling and spreadsheets)

Pay: Php19,700.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
