Declarant

• Verify the completeness and accuracy of shipment documents.
• Monitor shipment arrivals, freight charges, and payment requests.
• Prepare customs duties and taxes computations for review and approval.
• Process import documentation, customs entries, and shipment delivery requirements.
• Monitor customs clearance and coordinate cargo release and delivery.
• Prepare and submit daily shipment status reports to management and clients.
• Handle shipment documentation, billing requirements, and official receipt concerns.
• Ensure timely turnover of completed shipment files to Billing and Collection.
• Resolve shipment processing issues and ensure complete billing documentation.
• Assist clients with billing and collection inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Customs Administration or a related field.
• Experience in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or import/export documentation is an advantage.
• Proficient in computer applications, customs lodgment systems, and data encoding.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage urgent situations effectively.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
