DECLARANT / ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Check shipping documents and any required import permits
• Verify shipment and documentation requirements
• Compute applicable duties and taxes
• Accurately encode entries
• Lodge entries and transmit them through the BOC portal
• Monitor the status of entries in the BOC portal
• Coordinate with PEZA / Consumption processing, as applicable
• Requests M/C company checks for billing with forwarders, shipping lines, and warehouses
• Prepare delivery schedules
• Book trucking services for both FCL and LCL shipments

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration
• WITH EXPERIENCE IS AN ADVANTAGE BUT NOT REQUIRED
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Knowledgeable in Customs rules, regulations, and processes.
• PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT APPLICATIONS
