In this vital role, you will assist patients through spinal decompression treatments, operate specialized equipment, monitor patient progress, and provide a welcoming, supportive experience throughout their care.

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives? We are actively seeking a full-time, highly motivated team member who is outgoing, high-energy, athletic, and a fast thinker. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves helping others, is highly motivated by patient results and outcomes, and takes pride in being part of a team dedicated to helping patients achieve meaningful improvements.

The ideal candidate is a problem solver who is coachable, eager to learn, and looking to grow with the company. This individual should be comfortable working within a clinical learning team, receiving feedback, developing new skills, and contributing positively to a collaborative environment.

The most optimal candidate will have experience in personal training, kinesiology, exercise science, or a related field, ideally with college-level education or training in one of these areas. While experience in these areas is preferred, we are also interested in candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, energy, work ethic, and genuine passion for helping patients.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced clinical setting where your skills, energy, and dedication directly contribute to patient outcomes and overall team success.

  • Perform patient re-examinations as directed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and other members of the clinical team.
  • Identify problems or concerns and proactively work toward appropriate solutions.
  • Follow established clinical, safety, and operational procedures.
  • Conduct routine inspections of treatment equipment and identify potential issues or safety concerns.
  • Maintain accurate treatment and operational documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and education to develop clinical and patient-care skills.
  • Work collaboratively within a clinical learning team and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Answer phones and assist with general office and patient-service responsibilities as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.

Qualifications

  • Genuine passion for helping people and a strong desire to positively impact patient's lives.
  • Highly motivated by patient results, progress, and outcomes.
  • Outgoing, personable, energetic, and comfortable interacting with patients.
  • High-energy, athletic, and physically capable of performing the duties required of the position.
  • Fast thinker with the ability to adapt quickly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Highly motivated, dependable, and willing to take initiative.
  • Coachable and receptive to feedback, instruction, and ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to function effectively within a clinical learning team and contribute positively to a collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to follow established clinical procedures and protocols accurately.
  • Comfortable working closely with patients and providing hands-on assistance when appropriate.
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including standing for extended periods and assisting patients during treatment.
  • Previous clinical, patient-care, rehabilitative, fitness, personal training, kinesiology, exercise science, physical education, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • College education or training in personal training, kinesiology, exercise science, or a related field is highly desirable.
