Role Overview
- Core Purpose: Directs interior fit-out and decoration execution.
- Focus: Finishes, joinery, MEP coordination, and visual quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Operations: Supervise daily interior decoration work and fit-out activities.
- Quality Control: Inspect workmanship and material finishes against approved design drawings.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with specialized trades like joinery, painting, and flooring.
- Schedule & Budget: Track project milestones, manage costs, and prevent delays.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety (HSE) standards and local building regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Experience: 5 to 10+ years in interior fit-out or decoration management.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read detailed interior design and shop drawings.
- Software: Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or AutoCAD
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
