Decorative Assistant

Job Responsibilities-Plan, coordinate, and execute decorating and display activities.

-Assist in designing and setting up decorations for events, festive seasons, promotions, and special occasions.

-Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers regarding decoration materials and installation.

-Ensure all decorations are completed on time and meet company standards.

-Monitor decoration budgets and control expenses.

-Conduct regular inspections to ensure decorations are in good condition and comply with safety requirements.

-Support marketing and promotional activities through creative displays and visual merchandising.

-Manage decoration materials, equipment, inventory, and storage.

-Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

-Creative, hardworking, and responsible.

-Have an eye for detail and a good sense of design and arrangement.

-Willing to learn and able to work independently or as part of a team.

-Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving decorative materials.

-Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and according to the hotel’s event schedule.

-Previous experience in hotel decoration, event setup, or floral arrangement is an advantage. Training may be provided.
