Decorative Concrete Team Member

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of concrete work and construction, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to quality. This role involves working on construction sites, assisting with the preparation and finishing of concrete projects, and ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various projects, including foundations, sidewalks, and driveways.
• Operate heavy equipment such as concrete mixers and other machinery as needed.
• Perform concrete finishing tasks to ensure a smooth and durable surface.
• Lay tiles and perform caulking as required for specific projects.
• Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople on-site to ensure project specifications are met.
• Help restore existing structures by applying stucco or other materials as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Participate in hardscape installations, contributing to landscaping projects as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in concrete labor or related construction roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation is advantageous.
• Familiarity with hardscape techniques, tile laying, caulking, stucco application, and restoration processes is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site.
• Willingness to adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times.

Job Type: Full-time
