Job Description

We are currently hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated dry van account based out of Gastonia, NC. This position offers consistent miles, reliable weekly earnings, and home time!

Compensation

• $0.74–$0.80 CPM (based on experience)
• Average weekly pay: $1,772–$2,150
• Annual earnings: Up to $95,000
• Sign-on bonus: $1,000 (paid at 60 days; no clawback after payout)

Job Details

• Dedicated dry van freight (solo)
• Average 1,804 miles per week
• Home daily
• Typical schedule: 5–6 days on, 1–2 days off (account dependent)
• Driver assist unload using rollers
• Automatic transmission trucks

Equipment

• Late-model Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth T680
• 2022–2024 models
• Automatic transmission
• Inverter and driver comfort features

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Operate tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT regulations
• Deliver freight safely and on time
• Assist with unloading when required
• Maintain accurate logs and follow HOS regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months recent CDL-A experience
• Must pass DOT drug screen
• No SAP
• Ability to perform driver assist unload
